SV Enterprises, a proprietorship firm registered in India, is the legal entity responsible for this website, its enquiries, and any payments collected through Quantum Rishi or related product properties. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share, and delete personal data when you use quantum-rishi.com, contact us, or interact with product properties such as QR-Ashram, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

We collect personal data only where it is needed for business communication, platform security, service delivery, or legal compliance. This may include:

• Product and Billing Data: Where a product property such as QR-Ashram enables payments or trials, we may receive subscription status, transaction references, or billing metadata from approved payment processors, but not full card or bank credentials.

Where payments are enabled for a product such as QR-Ashram, billing and transaction processing may be handled by approved payment partners such as Razorpay or PhonePe, acting for SV Enterprises as the legal payment recipient.

5. Consent, Retention, and Deletion

We seek consent where required and otherwise process data only where necessary for service delivery, security, legal compliance, or legitimate business operations. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed for response handling, contract negotiation, audit, tax, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of personal data by writing to privacy@quantum-rishi.com; we will delete or de-identify eligible data unless retention is required by law, contract, fraud prevention, or payment reconciliation obligations.

Data is stored using managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to business operations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved processors. We do not sell personal data. QR-Ashram is a product of Quantum Rishi. Where you interact with QR-Ashram or another Quantum Rishi product property, the legal entity receiving the enquiry and any associated payment remains SV Enterprises, unless a different legal entity is explicitly shown at the point of transaction. GST is not applicable to SV Enterprises at present.
