Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

Quantum Rishi is a brand operated by SV Enterprises. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consulting services, subscriptions, pilots, and digital products offered through quantum-rishi.com or related product properties, including QR-Ashram. Unless another legal entity is expressly disclosed at checkout, the legal payment recipient is SV Enterprises.

2. Consulting Services

Enterprise consulting engagements are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work (SOW). Refund and cancellation terms for such engagements shall be as specified in the applicable SOW.

• Pre-engagement cancellation: If you cancel before work commences, any advance payment will be refunded in full within 15 business days.
• Mid-engagement cancellation: Refunds for partially completed work will be calculated based on the proportion of deliverables completed, as mutually agreed.
• Completed engagements: No refunds are applicable for services that have been fully delivered and accepted.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

4. Digital Products & Subscriptions

QR-Ashram is a product of Quantum Rishi. For QR-Ashram or any other subscription-based product offered through a Quantum Rishi subdomain:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date unless a product-specific checkout or subscription screen states otherwise.
• Access already consumed, activated institutions, implementation work, setup services, or substantially used subscriptions may be non-refundable in whole or in part.
• Recurring subscriptions are cancelled prospectively and remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party software licences or infrastructure costs procured on behalf of the client.
• Services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the service agreement.
• Administrative or setup fees, where applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to hello@quantum-rishi.com. Privacy or grievance escalations may also be sent to privacy@quantum-rishi.com. We will review and respond within 7 business days for grievance acknowledgement and within 10 business days for refund-status updates. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jagitial, Telangana, India.
