By accessing or using quantum-rishi.com, contacting us through this site, or interacting with a linked product property, you acknowledge that SV Enterprises is the legal business entity responsible for this website and the receiving entity for payments, where enabled. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, do not use this website or the related product and enquiry flows.

2. Services and Product Relationship

Quantum Rishi publishes enterprise consulting information, contact channels, and product references, including links to product properties such as QR-Ashram. QR-Ashram is a product of Quantum Rishi. Unless another legal entity is expressly disclosed on a checkout or contract, related enquiries, subscriptions, and payments are handled by SV Enterprises. Separate proposals, statements of work, invoices, or product-specific terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Payments, Billing, and Vendor Identity

For payment gateway onboarding, invoicing, and merchant verification, the legal payee is SV Enterprises. Quantum Rishi is the operating brand and public-facing business identity. Product branding, website branding, and subdomain branding do not alter the underlying legal payment recipient unless expressly disclosed in a signed agreement or checkout notice.

• You shall not use this Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian laws.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this Website or its infrastructure.
